Trio charged after Xscape assault

THREE men have been charged with GBH after a man was left in critical condition following a fight outside Xscape.

At about 3am on Sunday, three men were assaulted outside the Xscape building on Avebury Boulevard.

A 24-year-old man remains in a critical condition in hospital. Two other men, aged 22 and 25, were also injured and were treated in hospital.

Samir Bostan, aged 25, of Gurnards Avenue, Fishermead, was charged with 1 count of Section 18 GBH and 2 counts of ABH

Hamza Noor, aged 22, of Ranelagh Road, Wembley, Middlesex, was charged with 1 count of Section 18 GBH and 2 counts of ABH

Tariq Bostan, aged 26, of Wolston Meadow, Middleton, was charged with 1 count of Section 18 GBH and 2 counts of ABH

All three have been remanded in custody to appear at Milton Keynes Magistrates Court tomorrow (15/1).

Ch Insp Gill Wootton said: “This was an isolated incident following a night out in Milton Keynes. Investigations remain ongoing, however there is no indication that this was in any way a retaliation or a planned assault.”
