Two teens robbed at knifepoint

Thames Valley Police is appealing for information after a 13-year-old boy and a 15-year-old girl were robbed at knifepoint on Saturday.

At approximately 5pm, the teenagers were walking along Aylesbury Street, Wolverton, towards The Square, when they were confronted by a drunken man. The man spoke briefly with them, but as they turned to walk away he threatened them with a knife and stole a bus ticket from them.

The man walked off along Aylesbury Street, in the direction of the Radcliffe School.

The man is white, aged about 25 years old, 5ft 10ins, and of a medium build with short, mousey brown hair. He was wearing a red and black checked shirt and blue jeans.

Police are appealing for any witnesses to the offence or anyone who saw the man in the area at the time.

Anyone with any information should contact PC Adam Feeney via the 24-hour Thames Valley Police Enquiry Line on 101.

If you don’t want to speak directly to the police you can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 or online at crimestoppers-uk.org. No personal details are taken, information is not traced or recorded and you will not go to court.
