UPDATE: Possible medical emergency in armed robbery horror

Paramedics bring man out from BHS

Drama continues at thecentre:mk as paramedics suddenly rushed into BHS shortly after 1pm.

A man in his 30's was led out a few minutes later clutching a white cloth to his mouth.

An eyewitness said: "He looked slightly disorientated and was very red in the face."

It could be that the man had inhaled CS gas, which can cause breathing difficulties and choking.

Eyewitnesses earlier described five gunshots and the smell and sound of CS gas been used during the armed robbery, which happened at Leslie Davis jewellers at 11.40am.

Ambulances arrived immediately as a precaution, though it is understood there has been no casualties.
