A NEW purpose built, indoor gym will allow people to train their parkour skills in a safe environment.

Under the teaching of Ruel DaCosta, visitors to Paramount Parkour at Kingston Gymnastics Centre will be able to learn new skills without the risk of injury that comes from trying it outside.
