Patients at Milton Keynes Hospital have access to even more wheelchairs now thanks to a £3,000 donation from Skyline taxis.

Staff from Skyline came into the hospital today (June 13) to see the new wheelchairs. They are delighted at the difference these will make to patients and visitors at the hospital.

Marc Yerrell, support team supervisor said: “It’s fantastic news that we will have so many more wheelchairs than we have been managing with. Patients will be transported more timely around the hospital and visitors who require wheelchair assistance to see their family and friends will also benefit.”

Vanessa Holmes, fundraising manager at the Milton Keynes Hospital Charity said: “We are extremely grateful to Skyline taxis for helping us purchase these new wheelchairs, which will make a huge difference to patients and visitors at the hospital.”
