Man arrested after Wolverton stabbing

A 22-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of GBH after a man was stabbed in Wolverton yesterday.

The victim was involved in a fracas with several men in The Gables, off St Georges Way.

The man, 34, remained in hospital in a stable condition after sustaining serious stab wounds from the attack.

Det Sgt Luke Grove, from Milton Keynes Force CID, said: “Officers continuing to investigate the circumstances of the incident.

“I would like to appeal to anyone who saw a fightnear The Gables at around 4pm yesterday.

“If you have any information which could help with police enquiries please call the 24-hour Thames Valley Police enquiry centre on 101.

“Officers are in the area in Wolverton and if anyone has any concerns or information please approach and speak to an officer.”
