A man was assaulted and robbed in an underpass on Wednesday close to Kents Hill.
Police are now appealing for witnesses to the incident which happened around 7.50pm as the 28-year-old victim was walking along the Redway from the direction of Kingston. He went through the underpass at the section between Tongwell Street and Standing Way when he saw two men walking towards Kents Hill.
One of them grabbed him and pushed him against the wall. He demanded money before punching him in the face.
He gave him some money and when the offender released him, he ran away.
The victim was taken to Milton Keynes General Hospital, and has since been released.
Both offenders were black men, around 5ft 10ins and of medium build. They were wearing hooded jumpers with the hoods up and had balaclavas covering their faces. One of the offenders was also wearing gloves.
