A man survived being stabbed in the neck during a fight at a pub on Friday night.
Police are now hunting for a man who assaulted the 28-year-old man in a brawl in the North Western pub in Stratford Road, Wolverton at around 11.15pm.
The victim sustained a serious stab injury to his neck and was taken to Milton Keynes General Hospital and has since been discharged.
The offender is white, with floppy hair and a centre parting. He was wearing glasses and blue jeans.
Det Sgt Phil Turner-Robson, from Milton Keynes Force CID, said: “Detectives are working to establish what happened and would like to speak to anyone who was in the pub at around the time of the incident who may have information about what happened.
“In this incident the victim is believed to be known to the offender and investigations have begun in to the circumstances.
“I would like to appeal to any witnesses to please come forward to speak to an officer.“
Officers are investigating the incident and would like to speak to anyone with any information about it.
