HUNDREDS of people showed their support for six-year-old Millie D’Cruz.

Millie was dressed as a pretty princess for the party, held on Sunday, January 23 at the Hilton Hotel in Kents Hill, which raised just short of £1,800 for the Help Millie Fund.

She started the day in a stretch limo which took her and her family to the party where 200 people were waiting to raise as much money as possible.

Family friend, Lin Goddard, said: “This could not have been achieved without the fantastic support of Christina Watson, the Hilton Hotel, DJ Chris, Arts 1 MK, Stripy–Wipey children’s entertainer, Pretty Girl Parties, Milton Keynes Cheerleading Club, Lewis the Magician, Vox Quartet and Top Marque Limos.

“Millie had a fantastic fun filled afternoon with all her friends and family.”

Millie suffers from a rare genetic disorder – Metochromatic Leukodystrophy – a disease that will see her eventually lose the ability to walk and talk but she stayed positive as she played along at the special event.

The Bull Hotel in Stony Stratford raised £2000 for their slave auction days before where people bid for a gardener, car wash, meals cooked in their own home plus other bids with the landlord bidding for two men wearing mankinis to clean his car outside The Bull on Sunday at 1pm.

> The next event will be an Elvis Tribute night with Ben Portsmouth at the Bull Hotel in Stony Stratford. Tickets are available on the night for £10 with all proceeds going to Millie‘s fund.
