A Milton Keynes blog supported by the Citizen could scoop a national award - if MK-lovers offer their support.
CitiBlog is up for voting at the annual UK Blog Awards which open next month. It has been entered into the Young Person Recognition (18-25 years) and PR, Marketing, Media & Comms categories.
Initially the public can vote for their favourite website, before the final 20 is decided by a panel of experts.
CitiBlog editor Liam Andrews said: “We are very excited to be entered into the UK Blog Awards and hope anybody who has enjoyed reading the website will vote for us when voting begins.
“It would be a major achievement for us if we made it into the final 20 after the public vote and we appreciate all of the support we have received so far in just over a year of publishing.
“From our partnership with the Milton Keynes Citizen to the help received from our University of Bedfordshire tutor Jon Boyle, myself and deputy editor Charles Crook are grateful for everything and we look forward to a fun voting campaign.”
Voting runs from November 10 to December 1.
