Milton Keynes Community Foundation prepares for #GivingTuesday

#GivingTuesday returns on November 29. After the sales of Black Friday and the online shopping boom on Cyber Monday, the global day of giving is an opportunity to come together and put something back.

This is the third year the MK Community Foundation has joined with local businesses and members of the public to support the #GivingTuesday campaign.

This Year MK Community foundation will raise funds and awareness of the 1 in 5 children in Milton Keynes who are living below the poverty line*.

The Foundation is hosting The Milton Keynes #GivingTuesday Challenge Cup.

Members of the business community will compete against each other to see who can raise the most money to support MK Community Foundation’s #GivingTuesday 1 in 5 campaign and be crowned MK workplace that gives most.

Each company will demonstrate their sporting prowess through a series of competitive events generously hosted by some of the most exciting venues in MK. T

eams will be pushed to their limits on the day with a varied program of challenges ranging from fastest ascent at the Ellis Brigham Climbing Wall, to most alluring salsa dancing at Revolution de Cuba!
