Milton Keynes Community Foundations's charity car raffle winner announced - is it you?

Every year between October and January, charities and community groups from Milton Keynes take on the challenge to raise funds for their causes by selling Charity Car Raffle tickets.

The Community Foundation organised event, means that one ticket holder wins a car - for £1!

This year sellers have sold over 25,888 tickets raising an incredible £25.888!

Groups retain at least 50% of the funds raised from ticket sales and the remaining money goes towards MK Community Foundation’s grant making programme, benefiting community groups across Milton Keynes.

This year’s grand prize is a Volkswagen Polo Match: 1.0 Litre, 5-speed Manual, 5 door in White, donated by Volkswagen Group UK Ltd.

The Mayor of Milton Keynes to picked the winning ticket before Saturday’s thrilling MK Dons vs Shrewsbury match, which ended in a 2-1 victory for the Dons.
