The Prime Minister will be sipping on a pint of beer brewed in Bow Brickhill this Christmas.

Iain Stewart MP handed over the gift set of ales from Hornes Brewery to his boss this week.

It follows a visit to the brewery back in the summer, where Mr Stewart tasted a ‘Triple Goat’ ale.

Impressed by the quality of the drink, Mr Stewart wrote to the Banqueting department in the House of Commons. Hornes Brewery has now been invited to be their ‘Guest Beer’ early in 2016.

Mr Stewart said: “Last year I gave the PM an MK Monopoly Board and I fear the children probably got most use out of it.

“This year I thought a few beers wouldn’t go a miss after a busy year.”

Head brewer, Ryan Horne added: “I am delighted Iain chose to give the PM one of our Ales, I hope he enjoys it!”
