After two months without a home Milton Keynes Bereavement Service has moved into new accommodation and resumed normal service.

The charity, which has been helping bereaved people for three decades, had its contract at the city counselling Centre terminated earlier this year.

It has now moved to Acorn House where it offers one-to-one drop-in sessions three times a week, on Mondays between 2pm and 4pm, Tuesdays from 6pm to 8pm and Wednesdays from 10am until noon.

Clients can also be seen in their own home .

There is no charge for the service, although donations are welcome.

MKBS, which began in 1979 with 12 volunteers, is looking to recruit new volunteers for a training course this autumn.
