“This includes how a charity should be structured, what needs to be included in the Constitutional documents and what is required of Trustees and Directors. It is an unmissable opportunity for anyone involved in a charity to get top class free advice that will save them time and money.”
Partner at Midas Charity Appeals, Martin Shaw, added: “I will be focusing on helping the charities to recognise their current fundraising capabilities and how to extend their hands on fundraising.
“I’ve been in the not-for-profit sector for over 40 years and have extensive knowledge of how to help raise much needed funds.
“Midas Charity Appeals has been supporting charities for over 37 years.
“We fully appreciate how much charities have been struggling during the recession and good governance can make all the difference to a charity. We will show the attendees how you can develop and raise the funds that you need,” Mr Shaw said.
