Police appeal after motorcyclist killed

Police are appealing for witnesses to a collision in which a motorcyclist was killed on Monday.

At about 5pm, a black Triumph motorcycle collided with the roundabout at the junction of the A4146 and Drayton Road in Newton Leys.

The motorcyclist, a 52-year-old man, died as a result of the collision.

Officers are keen to talk to anyone who witnessed the incident, in particular a passing motorist who stopped at the scene.
