Police appeal after robbery in Fishermead

Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses after a robbery in Fishermead.

Between 10 and 10.30am on Sunday, a 17-year-old-man was walking with his friend, near to the Springfield and Eaglestone Estates, when they became aware of a group of seven to eight men walking behind them in the same direction.

The group caught up with them and one of them grabbed the victims phone. When the victim challenged them he was told to shut up and was then punched in the stomach. He did not require hospital treatment.

The phone is a black Samsung Galaxy Mini.

Four of the offenders are black. One is aged between 18 to 19-years-old and around 6ft, of medium build, with brown eyes and wearing a black hooded top, a beanie-style hat with either a black or navy cloth over his face.

The second man is aged between 17 and 19-years-of-age and approximately 5ft 8ins, stocky and wearing a dark coloured hooded top with a zip up the middle, red flat cap and red cloth over his face.

The third man was in his early twenties and over 6ft, large build and wearing a black beanie-style hat, dark tracksuit bottoms and also a small chain link bracelet on his right wrist.

The fourth man was in his early twenties and over 6ft, of a large build and wearing a black hooded top, with the string missing and a light grey or white beanie hat with a dark cloth over his face.

The victim was aware of Somalian accents.

Detective Constable Samantha Reynolds, of Local CID Milton Keynes, said: “I am appealing for anyone who saw the incident to contact police.”
