ELECTION: Milton Keynes finely balanced after polls

Labour lost a seat and therefore their slight advantage over Milton Keynes Council as the town went to the polls on Thursday.

Lib Dem Marie Bradburn toppled David Lewis from his role as councillor in Bradwell in the only change of the night.

It leaves Milton Keynes balanced on a knife edge, with both Labour and the Tories sharing 22 seats, while the Lib Dems increased their take to 13 seats.
