The Green Party have announced both their prospective parliamentary candidates for Milton Keynes.
Jennifer Marklew will stand in MK North, and Samantha Pancheri, will bid to be MP for MK South.
Ms Marklew is a lifelong resident of Milton Keynes who previously stood in the local elections in May 2014. She is a keen supporter of local business and community spirit, and has recently been giving her time to Wolverton farmer’s market.
Ms Pancheri is chair of the Milton Keynes Young Greens, is a mother of four, organised the recent TTIP demonstration outside the Point in CMK, and is a member of the Bletchley Landfill Action Group.
The Milton Keynes Green Party has set up a joint crowdfunding page for their two candidates to help support them through their campaign. It can be viewed at www.gofundme.com/mkgp2015 and all donors will be invited to an exclusive Meet The Candidates event once their target is reached.
