A NEW estate of more than 1,000 new houses near Middleton went on display last weekend.
Oakgrove Village, by developer Crest Nicholson Regeneration, launched on Saturday. As well as providing new home homes to the area, the development will also feature a Waitrose as well as several restaurants and shops.
The collection of two, three and four-bedroom houses are arranged in different neighbourhood areas, all slightly different in character.
When complete, Oakgrove Village will comprise up to 1,100 two, three, four and five-bedroom houses and one and two-bedroom apartments.
Susan Young, Sales & Marketing Director for Crest Nicholson Regeneration said: “We are delighted to provide much-needed new homes to the residents of Milton Keynes. Crest Nicholson has a long history of building new homes in and around Milton Keynes and we’re absolutely committed to continuing to deliver vibrant new communities that complement their surroundings.
“We liaised extensively with the local council and community throughout the planning process; the extremely positive response we received from buyers during our opening weekend is testament to the fact that we have built homes that meet the needs of local residents.
“The size of the rooms and the high quality of the finish were highlighted by many visitors which is extremely gratifying. We are thrilled to be off to such a superb start; we look forward to continued success at Oakgrove Village.”
