A public meeting is being held later this month to discuss the changing needs of Milton Keynes’ changing population.

Although the borough still has one of the youngest populations in Europe, the local population is gradually getting older, with many of the original people who moved here in the 70s and 80s now approaching, or already at, grandparent age.

On March 20 a special meeting is being held of the Partnerships & Growth Select to consider how the changing demography of Milton Keynes will impact on council Services in the future.

Guest speakers will attend from AgeUK and the University of the Third Age (U3A).

The meeting starts at 7pm, in the Council Chamber, Civic Offices.
