POTENTIAL chefs have been asked to submit recipes that could earn them a place on Red Hot World Buffet’s menu.
The restaurant, based in the Theatre District, has teamed up with the Citizen to launch Red Hot Master Chef 2011.
People are now being asked to submit details of old family recipes and even their own special secrets in a bid to tickle the tastebuds of the judging panel, and make an impression on people across the country.
Corporate chef at Red Hot, Deepak Bahugana, said: “We’re really excited to be launching Red Hot Master Chef 2011 and can’t wait to invite Milton Keynes’ budding chefs into the Red Hot kitchen to show off their culinary talents.”
There are four categories in which people can enter into including Indian, Italian, Pastry and Alternative.
The winner of the competition will receive £100 in vouchers, a trophy, certificate and a meal for two at the restaurant, as well as having their dish rolled out at Red Hot restaurants across the UK.
To enter people need to send their name, age and contact details along with the category, description and a photo of their dish to email@example.com.
Red Hot will make sure that they also donate a sum to charity for each entry they receive.
The competition starts today (Thursday) and all entries need to be received by no later than April 15.
