As the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee edges closer a number of streets and communities are putting the finishing touches on their party plans.
Our round-up of those streets around Milton Keynes which are celebrating in style will help you if your still looking around for a right Royal knees-up to attend.
On Tuesday, June 5, there will be a street party in Two Mile Ash, while around 300 residents from the Saints Estate, Bletchley, will also be partying from 12pm to 8.30pm on Monday.
Also on Monday, people in Ebbsgrove, Loughton will be celebrating from 2pm to 6pm, with residents in Cambridge Street, Wolverton partying on the same day between 2pm and 5pm.
On Saturday night those living in The Limes and Park Road, Stony Stratford will be holding a BBQ, then on Sunday people in Frankston Avenue, Stony Stratford will hold an event from 4pm to 6pm.
Walkhampton Avenue, Bradwell Common will host a huge event on Sunday from 2pm onwards and the Friends of Hanslope will be putting on a special three day event at the eventing centre on June 3, 4 and 5. The High Street, Hanslope will also be closed on Monday for a party.
Oakridge Park will be partying between 12pm and 3pm on Monday and on Tuesday, while between 11am and 6pm Rangers Court in Great Holm will be holding their own event.
On Sunday the deputy mayor will be attending a party in Holsey Lane, Bletchley, from 2pm onwards and on Monday Kennington Close, Newport Pagnell will close their road from 3pm onwards.
On Sunday, between 3pm and 6pm Matilda Gardens in Shenley Church End will celebrate and Commodore Close, Brooklands will show their Jubilee support from 2pm on Monday.
On Duffield Bank, Broughton, people will be celebrating on Sunday between 11am and 5pm and on Monday the residents of St Mary’s Avenue, Stony Stratford will celebrate from 3pm.
Midland Road, Olney, will play host on Monday and the following day Lamberhurst Grove, Kents Hill will be the scene of Jubilee festivities between 4.30pm and late.
And last but not least, Clailey Court, Stony Stratford will be partying from 12pm onwards on Monday.
