Each year, Keech Hospice Care brings together a new Silver Lining bereavement support group.

Everyone who comes to a Silver Lining group is connected to the hospice and has lost someone close to them. Their monthly meetings give members an opportunity to share their feelings with others who have had a similar experience, in a safe and confidential environment.

This year saw the beginning of the 21st. Silver Lining group so to celebrate the hospice’s 21st anniversary, a gathering of all 21 Silver Lining Groups is being held for the very first time. This special event will take place at the hospice in June 2012 .

Whilst the charity is in touch with a great many of the members from the past 21 years, with house moves, or changes to families, some have lost touch.

The hospice is keen for anyone who has been a member of any of its Silver Lining groups since 1991, and who has not visited or been involved with the hospice for a few years, to get back in touch so that an invitation to attend the event can be extended to them.

Members are invited to email Roz Reynolds giving their name, address and year of membership or bereavement, or to call her on 01582 497655.
