An invasion of French cuisine is heading to Stony Stratford to set up in the centre of town.
The popular French market is returning to the town on Friday September 14 in Odell’s Yard, with hundreds expected to turn out for some European snacks.
The Normandy traders have already visited Stony Stratford several times over the years and are always very popular.
The fun-filled market sees continental market stall owners bring a wide range of food and gift stalls with them, including delicious breads and mouth-watering croissants which are cooked freshly on site.
The cheese stall is always especially welcome with its wide range of hard and soft cheeses.
“Its always so tempting,” said one regular visitor who always makes a bee-line for the French market.
“I spend far more than I really should; but it’s because the food is so exceptionally delicious.”
The market will run from 9am until 4pm on Friday September 14.
