Storm Doris causes school and road closures in Milton Keynes

Here are the traffic and road updates we have so far:

- Report of a fallen tree resting on power lines near the level crossing in Newport Road, Woburn Sands.

- Thames Valley Air Ambulance has been grounded by Storm Doris, they have been forced to use road-back up.

- The foyer and footpath to the front entrance of Cedars Primary School in Newport Pagnell is closed ‘due to high winds dislodging a piece of masonry’.

- H8 Standing Way has been closed between V3 and V4.

- V4 Watling Street between H7 and H8 has been closed due to a fallen tree.

- Yardley Road in Olney is also closed because of a tree blocking the traffic.

- All three Household Waste Sites - Bleak Hall, New Bradwell,Newport Pagnell - are closed for the day due to high winds.
