Teenager attacked and robbed outside city nightclub

A man has been arrested on suspicion of robbery after an incident at a city nightclub on Friday morning.

At about 3.30am, a 19-year-old man was leaving Groove nightclub when he was struck around the head from behind.

When he got up he was confronted by two men who stole a quantity of cash and a set of keys. The victim tried to get his things back but one of the offenders punched him in the face, knocking him unconscious.

The victim suffered swelling to his eye area and received treatment at Milton Keynes General Hospital.

One of the offenders is described as black, 23 to 24-years-old, 5ft 6ins, of an athletic build with short hair.
