The Gruffalo is coming to Milton Keynes

The Gruffalo is visiting Woburn Safari Park in Bedfordshire for the first time this year on Saturday, March 4,

Following a wild adventure on the Road Safari, families can head down to the decking of the Mammoth Play Ark in the Foot Safari to see The Gruffalo at 11.30am, 12.30pm, 1.30pm 2.30pm and 3.30pm.

One of the Park’s most loved visitors, The Gruffalo is the star of Julia Donaldson’s and Axel Scheffler’s award-winning children’s picture book.

There will also be a selection of keeper talks and demonstrations taking place throughout the day in the Park’s award-winning Animal Encounters walk-through area. Here, visitors will discover Monkey Business, Australian Walkabout, Land of the Lemurs and The Dissscovery Zone, as well as new attractions Cachorro Range and Chelonia Pathways.

Visitors will be able to meet The Gruffalo at no extra cost to the cost of standard Park admission, and by purchasing a special event ticket they can even reserve a time slot to meet him. Standard admission ticket holders will see The Gruffalo on a first come, first served basis.
