A doting dad died with his three-year-old son on Christmas Day after his car was involved in a tragic mystery crash.
City worker Adesola Olusoga was killed outright in the single vehicle accident while driving home from celebrating the day with relatives.
Little Isaiah was taken to hospital but died shortly afterwards.
His mum survived the crash and is currently in a “serious but stable” condition in hospital.
A relative said: “The whole family had enjoyed a lovely day together before this tragedy, which has destroyed our family.”
Nigerian-born Adesola, known as Sola, is described as a loving brother, son and partner who doted on his “beautiful” son.
Shocked employees at Hoist Finance in Knowlhill, where 32-year-old Sola worked in debt reconstructions, have this week paid tribute to their colleague.
A spokesman for the company said: “We are deeply saddened and shocked by the news and loss of Sola and his son. Our thoughts are with the family.
“He was a highly regarded colleague and had worked in the business for a number of years. He will be missed by all.”
In a poignant message on Facebook, Sola’s sister Oluwatobi wrote: “Police woke me up with the tragic news of my brother’s and nephew’s death. Am still in shock. Please somebody tell me I am dreaming.”
Police are still investigating the cause of the crash, which happened at 11.10pm on the A421 near Marston Moretaine.
They have confirmed no other vehicle seemed to be involved and have appealed for witnesses to come forward.
Sergeant Simon Goldssmith said: “Any death on the road is tragic but this incident is even more poignant given the day it occurred.
