Two men have been arrested on suspicion of GBH with intent after a man was stabbed in Wolverton on Sunday.
The 19-year-old victim was airlifted to John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford where he underwent surgery and his condition is now described as stable.
The incident happened at around 3.20pm in Windsor Street where two men were approached by two other men. A fight broke out and the victim was stabbed.
Police have arrested two men, one aged 18 and one 20, on suspicion of GBH with intent. They are both from the Wolverton area and are currently in custody.
Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses. Anyone with information is asked to contact Force CID at Milton Keynes on 101.
