Charities across Milton Keynes are being encouraged to bid for up to £5,000 to support projects that benefit people across the city.
MK Community Foundation’s community grant rounds take place five times a year, and the current applications close on August 8.
Recent grant recipients include the Milton Keynes Islamic Art Heritage and Culture Organisation, who are developing a mosaic art garden programme which will be showcased at Arts in the Park this weekend at Campbell Park.
Grants executive Michelle Kopczyk said: “We urge groups to apply for funding, if you are unsure of where to start visit the website or give us a call.
“We are always looking to support new groups helping people in MK and look forward to hearing from you.”
MK Community Foundation accepts funding applications from not-for-profit organisations, working for the benefit of the community of Milton Keynes. Local community groups, voluntary sector organisations and registered charities can download applications and further information from www.mkcommunityfoundation.co.uk or email firstname.lastname@example.org
