Mark Lancaster says he’s honoured to be MP for Milton Keynes North for a third term.
The Conservative took a 47.22 per cent majority, coming home comfortably ahead of Labour’s Emily Darlington (17,491).
This is Mr Lancaster’s third term in office, but he says it’s still a great feeling to win.
Mr Lancaster said: “I’m delighted. I know it has happened twice before, but to serve again is an enormous honour and one of the best jobs in the world.
“I’d like to think as a bomb disposal officer I never panic, but you never know if it’s going to go your way until the final result comes in. But it has been a really good result after a lot of hard work over a long time.”
