Smell of burning on first floor of two-storey building, Chapman Avenue, Downs Barn, Milton Keynes.

One appliance and crew from Broughton and one from Newport Pagnell attended. Firefighters used a thermal imaging camera and isolated the power.

Saturday, February 25 at 10.33pm:

Firefighters released eight men who were shut in a lift, Jurys Inn, Midsummer Boulevard, Central Milton Keynes. One appliance and crew from Great Holm and one from Broughton attended.

Saturday, February 25 at 6.51pm:

Kitchen fire, Atlas Way, Oakgrove, Milton Keynes. Two appliances and crews from Broughton attended.

The fire was out on arrival. Firefighters ventilated the area and gave advice.

Saturday, February 25 at 4.23pm:

Firefighters released a man, a woman and a baby who were shut in a lift, Wizard Way, Oakgrove, Milton Keynes. One appliance and crew from Broughton and one from Newport Pagnell attended.

Thursday, February 23 at 9.17pm:

Fire in wall-mounted heater in ground-floor flat, Atlas Way, Oakgrove, Milton Keynes.

Two appliances and crews from Broughton attended. Firefighters isolated the electricity to the heater and ventilated the area.

Paramedics treated a woman and two boys who were suffering from the effects of breathing in smoke.

Thursday, February 23 at 3.30pm:

Firefighters assisted South Central Ambulance Service and Thames Valley Police after two children were injured when an 8ft by 5ft section of ceiling collapsed, Southwood School, Bryony Place, Conniburrow, Milton Keynes.

One appliance and crew from Great Holm, one from Broughton and an officer attended. One of the children was taken to hospital.

Thursday, February 23 at 2.17pm:

Firefighters used a turntable ladder and a toolkit to make the scene safe after an aerial came loose from a chimney, Queen Anne Street, New Bradwell, Milton Keynes.

Accidental activation of fire suppression system at warehouse and office units undergoing maintenance, Potters Lane, Kiln Farm, Milton Keynes.

One appliance and crew from Great Holm, one from Bletchley, one from Broughton and an officer attended.

Firefighters used four sets of breathing apparatus, PPV (positive pressure ventilation) fans and a thermal imaging camera.

Two men were given precautionary checks by paramedics.
