PEOPLE are invited to get creative at the Art Room Children’s Centre tomorrow for their Winter Festival.
The Art Room Children’s Centre is co-run by The Children’s Society in Drayton Park School in Bletchley. The festival, which will run from 4pm to 6.30pm, is a way of the group showing their appreciation to the service users and professionals who work with them.
On the day there will be a local 16-piece Samba band - playing from 5pm - as well as craft activities, face painting and storytelling. The garden will be transformed into a Winter Wonderland and a BBQ will be sizzling away to keep people warm.
All are welcome.
The Art Room Children Centre is co-run by The Children’s Society, a registered charity and Milton Keynes Council.
The Children’s Society’s aim is to look at the world through the eyes of children. When society sticks labels on children, they seek to understand what is bottled up inside. Through that understanding they work with children to imagine, explore and identify the most effective ways to meet their needs.
