Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses after an assault at Slade Lane bus stop in Fullers Slade, on Wednesday.

The victim, a 30-year-old man, was waiting at the bus stop around 12.15am when he was approached by a man who punched him causing him to fall to the ground where he was punched and kicked again.

The victim was then left and stood up to recover, but was further assaulted by two men who kicked and punched him as he lay next to the bus stop. The two assailants left the victim and joined the original offender.

Two of the offenders are white, aged between 25-30 years old, around 6ft and of slim build. There is no description of the third man.

Investigating officer, PC Lucy Talbot said, “Police are keen to speak to the driver of a vehicle who drove past the assault as it happened and sounded their horn.”

The victim suffered injuries which required treatment at Milton Keynes General Hospital, where he was later discharged.

Anyone with any information that could help police with their enquiries should contact PC Lucy Talbot at Milton Keynes police station on the non emergency number 101.
