Woman freed by firefighters after M1 accident at Newport Pagnell

Firefighters were called in following a collision involving a car and a lorry on Friday night.

The incident occured shortly after 8.30pm, on the M1 southbound between Newport Pagnell Service Area and junction 14 (Milton Keynes).

Crews from Broughton, Newport Pagnell, Bletchley and Mereway and an officer attended, and released a woman who was injured.
