The Nationalist Alliance, a collection of extremist groups, are set to hold the secret meeting at a venue in the city after congregating at the Coachway at junction 14 of the M1.
The widow of John Tyndall, former National Front leader, is expected
to attend.
Community centres and church hall management committees are being warned to look out for any unusual bookings for Sunday.
A spokesman for Searchlight, the anti-facist magazine, said: "They will be meeting at the Coachway where they will be redirected.
"We are working hard to find the actual venue.
"The Nationalist Alliance dislike meeting at pubs and are more likely to be meeting in a community hall.
"Hardline speakers are expected to appear at the event and there will be stalls selling books and merchandise from fringe organisations."
The Cross and Stable Church hall in Downs Barn has been used as a venue for a far-right meeting in the past.
John Tyndall attended a number of the meetings which have been held in the city in the past three years.
A police spokesman confirmed that it was aware the meeting would be taking place.
