MK Dons assistant boss says no major changes are needed.
Roberto Di Matteo's right-hand-man reckons they are taking over a talented bunch of players, and doesn't seem the need to adjust things drastically.
He told the Citizen: "There is always going to be change, you have to go from season to season and if Paul Ince was still here he would change things.
"You always have to refresh your squad, bring new ideas in.
"I know this is a club with high aspirations and they want to go all the way to the top and so do we, but everyone has to remember that we have gone up a league, have lost a couple of players and we need to start tracking down new players.
"There will be changes, but not major ones, we are still going to play football, the same way and implement our style a little more, Paul had his style, his way of playing, we have our way of playing, so the players will need to get that message over in the pre season."
