Two Milton Keynes gymnasts travelled to Birmingham to compete in the 2013 British Championships.
It was a tough competition for the young city duo as they took on the best gymnasts in the country, but they both did well on the day, individually and as part of their respective teams.
Gypsy Squires, 9, finished 8th on the beam with a very clean routine involving flicks, handstands and a somersault dismount. She finished in 17th overall as her southern region team won gold.
Eight-year-old Charlotte Anderson-Priddie also had a great competition and really impressed the judges with her beautiful floor routine, while her team finished 5th overall.
The two girls’ success also reflects well on their Milton Keynes club, and thanks go to Helen Winder and Charlotte Atkinson.
