Marshall Milton Keynes Athletic Club road running fraternity were in action all over the country.
In the Leicester Marathon where Jess Hall (F20) finished 103rd in 3h 31m 48s just one place and one second behind David Hall (M40) 3h 31m 49s.
Over half that distance at the Bournemouth half Marathon Geoff New (M45) was 102nd in 94m 46s, in Oxford it was 466th for Jo Greenslade (F40) as she finished in 98m 31s while at the Great Eastern Half Marathon in Peterborough Daniel Webber was 43rd taking 75m 38s with 1686th for Ed Hill (M65) in 1h 50m 01s.
Some excellent running at the Daventry 10 mile race resulted in second for Matt Clarke with a new Personal Best time of 57m 27s.
In the Manchester University Relays Elle Roche was the fifth fastest on leg 2 and the 16th best of the day as she finished in 10m 40s.
At the 15k multi-terrain Ridgeway Run around Tring 120th Diane Baldwin was the first F55 crossing the line in 75m 52s with 199th Maria Calleia (F35) 80m 52s and 455th Rita Olatunde (F45) 1h 41m 19s.
The first of the Indoor competitions at Lee Valley for the ‘Minithon’ saw Tamzin Hill (F13) record a personal best in the 60m finishing 13th in 9.3s and in the high jump to come first, clearing 1.30m. She was also 10th in the long jump with 3.57m.
In the M11 200m Keshan Beckett-Edwards was 19th taking 34.8s and he was 14th in the 600m 2m 18.5s.
There was a big Personal Best for Lauren Presswell (F15) at the Hammer Circle reunion in Hull with a great throw of 42.81m along with a throw of 13.31m in the weight and 40.39m with 5.5k Hammer.
