PICTURED are the boys of Bletchley Town U15s who have become Bucks County cricket champions thanks to their final victory over Chesham.
The original final was abandoned due to poor weather, but on Sunday the two teams went at it again and it was Bletchley who came out on top with a two wicket success in their 20 over game.
Bletchley won the toss and asked Chesham to bat, but apart from Mark Eteen (41) they failed to set a decent total, thanks mainly to Michael Houpe (2-14) and Keiran Turner (2-16) as Chesham set a target of just 90.
Matt Shepherd (47) saw Bletchley off to a great start, but after he went the wickets began to tumble rapidly.
However, 12-year-old Turner and Jamie Galvin (11 not out) fired off the winning runs with a couple of balls to spare as Bletchley won on 94-8.
