The home side looked in good shape when they closed the innings on 227-6, thanks to an unbeaten 97 from Robert Eason.

But the response equally as solid in the form of Hayden Symmonds’ 87 not out as Brickhill kept hold of their wickets, closing on 228-7 to move up to fifth and within 18 points of table toppers Long Marston.
