Bikes out, lycra on - now there’s just the small matter of 100 miles to go.
Because Paul Neary from Woburn will be taking on a cycling challenge along the coastline of Norfolk and Suffolk on August 15, in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support.
Mr Neary, who works for Selco Builders Warehouse, will be cycling alongside his colleagues from across the capital.
He said: “Some of us are more used to getting on bikes than others but regardless of our previous experience, this will be a personal challenge for us all. We are grateful for all of the support and donations we have received so far and hope to meet our target.
“It won’t be an easy feat to complete the 100 miles but we will be all there as a team spurring each other on, with motivation coming from the knowledge that the money will help Macmillan deliver the much-needed support for those dealing with cancer.”
