Defender McCracken signs for Dons

Wycombe skipper to join on free transfer

MK Dons have confirmed the signing of defender David McCracken from Wycombe Wanderers.

The 27-year-old will begin life at stadium:mk on July 1 having signed a two-year deal with Roberto Di Matteo's men following the expiration of his contract with the Chairboys.

The Glasgow-born defender was made club captain at Adams Park after joining the club two years ago and played a key role in leading Peter Taylor's side to promotion from League Two last season.

"I'm delighted to be here," said McCracken.

"I got the feeling straight away that this was a club moving in the right direction at speed. It's a great club to be joining."
