Donna Brookes has been crowned the Bowls England Ladies National Champion of Champions in a one-sided final.
The Bletchley Town Bowls Club ace beat Carol Dixon of Leicestershire in the final, crushing her 21-9 to win the title at Leamington Spa.
Donna has been a member of Bletchley Town since 2005, joining as a 16-year-old with her dad and brother already established in the team.
In 2006 Donna qualified for her first National Championship Finals at Leamington, as a member of a Triples team of Ladies from Bletchley Town.Since then, she has played at the National Finals.
In 2014 she reached the semi-final of the Ladies National Singles. This year she was also a trialist for the England National Squad. In 2015 she was called up for the British Isles International Series, England winning the Series.
At this year’s National Championships, besides winning the Ladies National Champion of Champions, she also partnered her Brother Dean to the last 16 of the National Family Pairs.
Donna has been Buckinghamshire County Junior (under 25) Champion six times. She has also been County Ladies Champion once and Club Champion five times.
