Carl Baker capped a sensational couple of weeks by putting pen to paper on a new one-year deal at MK Dons.
Having picked up the Player of the Year crown last week, Baker scored the opener in the historic 5-1 win over Yeovil to help Dons win promotion to the Championship on Sunday.
Baker joined dons in September having been released by Coventry City, where he was a firm fans favourite.
With Dons, he played 35 times, scoring 10 times and setting up another 13.
His new deal sees his stay at stadium:mk extended until at least June 2016.
He said: I’m delighted to get it sorted. I love playing football here and it’s perfect for me.
“This season went really well. I played a big part in helping the team get promoted so it’s nice to be rewarded with a new contract and it will be great to play in the Championship next year.”
