Barnsley winger Dale Jennings has joined MK Dons on loan until January 5, 2014.
The 20-year-old put pen to paper on the deal just minutes before the loan window closed this evening, and will go straight into the squad to face Coventry City on Saturday.
The youngster made his name at Tranmere Rovers, making his debut for the Wirral side in September 2010. After a string of outstanding performances, including two goals in a 4-2 win over MK Dons, he earned a £600,000 move to Bayern Munich the following summer.
He cut his teeth in the reserve squad, but an ankle problem ruled him out for the majority of his first season. Jennings found form again during his second campaign in Germany, earning a move back to England with Championship side Barnsley.
But his chances have been limited at Oakwell this season, and he has made just five appearances for the Tykes.
Jennings will be available for the Coventry, Wolves, Port Vale, Crawley Town, Brentford, Colchester United and Crewe Alexandra League 1 games.
