KARL Robinson and his men look set to be cheered on by another record breaking crowd next Tuesday night as Dons’ FA Cup third round tie against QPR continues to capture the imagination of MK fans.

As of Thursday afternoon, Dons fans have snapped up 1,570 tickets for the Loftus Road replay, with the winner of the tie set to host Premier League giants Chelsea in the fourth round over the weekend of January 28/29.

Dons’ previous away attendance record was set last season when just over 2,000 fans made the trip to London Road for the League 1 play-off semi final second leg against Peterborough.

However, with Dons’ initial allocation of 1,350 tickets for the QPR replay sold out in just two days, an additional 1,832 tickets have been requested and sent by the west London club.

The highly anticipated replay comes 10 days after Dons broke their home attendance record when just over 19,500 fans packed stadium:mk to see Robinson’s men go close to beating their top flight opposition on Saturday.

Now with tickets for the replay selling fast, and 14 supporters coaches already booked, Dons fans look set to break new ground again next week.
