Incorporating live text commentary and stats as Dons perform out on the pitch, the app includes Twitter feeds from all the important sources to keep you up-to-date if you can’t get to the game.

The Citizen’s excellent coverage of the amateur and youth sides in Milton Keynes is also included in the app.

Toby Lock, the Citizen’s MK Dons correspondent, said the app is a great way of keeping in touch with all the latest from stadium:mk.

“With Dons’ ever-growing fan base, this is a great way for people to keep up with all the latest developments wherever they are,” he said. “With live match commentaries, scores from around the grounds and the Twitter feed, you won’t miss a kick even if you can’t make it to the game.

“Our coverage of local football is the best in the area so to have that included in the app is a great way of promoting the amateur game and highlighting the numerous successes that don’t hit the headlines elsewhere.

“And best of all, the app is free.”
