Two goals in the opening 20 minutes at the Amex Stadium helped Brighton see off MK Dons 2-1 on Saturday.

Solly March opened the scoring from the edge of the area after just four minutes, before Jamie Murphy caught Dons’ defence napping, latching on to Sam Baldock’s deflected shot to beat David Martin.

A neat finish from Nicky Maynard - his first in Dons colours - pulled one back in the 23rd minute, but it wasn’t enough for the visitors.

Brighton moved up to second and remain undefeated this season, while the loss sees MK Dons slip to 21st in the Championship.
